DX-DX8 Automatic Perfume Disinfectant Gel Water Spray Filling Production Line

Application

This production line is mainly used for fully automatic filling production for perfume, disinfectant, gel water, spray, etc.

Performance feature:
1. Workflow: bottle unscrambling --bottle washing (optional)--filling --adding sprayer --adding cap (optional) --capping -- labeling --ribbon printingcoding/ink jet printing (optional).
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display.
3. This machine has function of no bottle no filling (only peristaltic pump)/ no adding pump/ no adding outer cap (if has outer cap).
4. Stainless steel piston pump quantitative filling, pneumatic adding cap, liftingelevating screw capping. Has advantages of accurate filling measurement, smooth screw capping, and simple operation.
5. Cap positioning device, makes sure nozzlethe sprayerplastic pipe which too long or bendingcurved could go to bottleneck accurately.
6. Filling nozzles dive into bottles to fill and rise slowly to prevent foaming. Catch type flexible screw lid/head, adjustable tightness.
7. Main electrical elements adopts foreign well-known brands.
8. Machine shell is made ofby 304 stainless steel, machine is full compliance withmeets GMP requirements.
